Our Wedding Day Coordination package is perfect for couples who’ve handled the planning themselves but want to hand over the reins when the big day arrives. If you’d rather relax, soak in the moment, and know a pro is managing vendors, timelines, and all the little details—this package is made for you!
Day of Coordination
$1,000 Investment includes:
Initial consultation + one planning meeting
Up to (1) hour of rehearsal coordination prior to the wedding day.
Available for the full wedding day (setup to send-off)
Management of all vendors and timeline
Setup and breakdown of small personal items (seating chart, favors, signage, etc.)
Emergency kit & troubleshooting on site
Partial Planning and Coordination
If you’ve already booked a few vendors and have a general vision but feel stuck on pulling it all together, partial planning is your sweet spot. This package is perfect for couples who want to stay hands-on but also want guidance, organization, and professional support to fill in the gaps and keep everything on track.
$2,500 Investment includes:
Everything in our Day of Coordination package plus:
Vendor confirmations (1–2 weeks before wedding)
Rehearsal coordination (1 hour)
3–5 planning meetings spread throughout engagement
Vendor referrals & contract review
Set-up and breakdown of decor

Detailed timeline creation and management
Full Service Planning and Coordination
