A venue coordinator and a wedding planner might sound similar-but trust us, they’re totally different roles! Your on-site coordinator works for the venue, making sure things like tables, chairs, and catering run smoothly. Your wedding planner (hi, that’s us!) works for you-handling everything from vendor coordination and budget tracking to timelines, design, and all those personal touches that make your day feel like you! We love teaming up with venue coordinators, but our job goes way beyond setup. We’re there with quick fixes, calm energy, and helping you with anything you need-from pinning boutonnieres to finding your champagne glass.
