Do you require a minimum floral order?

No! While many wedding florists in Buffalo, NY do have minimums, Farkas & Co.’s flexible approach allows us to work with a variety of budgets. We offer many different floral packages that can be customized to create the look and feel of your dream wedding. Every wedding is unique, so we encourage you to reach out and see how we can make your floral vision come to life—no minimum required!

My venue provides an on-site coordinator. Do I need to hire a wedding planner too?

A venue coordinator and a wedding planner might sound similar—but trust us, they’re totally different roles! Your on-site coordinator works for the venue, making sure things like tables, chairs, and catering run smoothly. Your wedding planner (hi, that’s us!) works for you—handling everything from vendor coordination and budget tracking to timelines and overall design. We love teaming up with venue coordinators, but our job is to make sure every little detail—down to the last petal and place card—is taken care of. Venue staff can change, but we’ll be with you from “yes” to “I do,” keeping everything seamless along the way.

Do you have a detailed breakdown of your planning services?

Absolutely! We offer a variety of planning options to fit your needs, including Full-Service Planning, Partial Planning and Day-Of Coordination. We can also accommodate different timelines, whether you’re starting your planning journey months in advance or need support closer to the big day. Not sure which option is the best fit? Do you offer both in-person and virtual meetings?

Absolutely! We love connecting however it works best for you. While we don’t have a studio, we’re happy to meet at your favorite coffee shop anywhere in the Buffalo area—or hop on a virtual call if that’s easier. Either way, we’ll chat, plan, and have a little fun bringing your wedding vision to life!

Do you offer floral mockups?

Want to see your flowers before the big day? Floral mockups are available upon request for an additional fee, since they’re not included in the standard pricing of your proposal.

Do you have a delivery fee?

We’ve got Buffalo covered! Delivery is included for events in the Buffalo and surrounding areas. For locations outside the area, a small delivery fee may apply.
